Advisory capabilities built as project connections: one problem class, its own design intent, and a small MCP tool workflow. They are not the FX market MCP used for Sheets and Claude smoke demos.

Design intent and guidance are per project. HTTP stays function-by-function; MCP encodes procedure and honesty rules for the adviser-in-the-room.
